Harlaxton State School is proud to welcome students from North Toowoomba and across the wider Toowoomba community. Our school has a strong sense of belonging, where every student is valued and supported. A convenient bus service operates from the Harlaxton area north of the rail line, arriving at the school at around 7:55 am each morning. Families can apply for a transport card, which allows students to travel to and from school free of charge (as long as the card is not lost). Each afternoon, a staff member is on duty to supervise students as they catch the bus home, ensuring their safety and care every step of the way.
If you are dropping students off or picking them up by car, parking is available on Troy Street or Lemnos Street. Please ensure all traffic signs are followed, and that no child waits outside the school grounds before being collected. Any student who has not been picked up or is unsure of their travel arrangements should report to the school office, where staff will provide assistance.
